Water Ski Days is Lake City’s annual summer party to celebrate the birthplace of water skiing.
It’s not to be missed! Our food truck will be right in front of City Hall in Patton Park.

REBEL BREAKFAST
Serving 8:30 AM – 11:00 AM
  • Brisket Breakfast Sandwich  (Fried Egg Patty topped with Slow Smoked Brisket, Cheese Sauce and Bacon on a Croissant)
  • Pork Star Bennie  (Fried Egg Patty topped with Pork Belly Burnt Ends, Hollandaise Sauce and Bacon on an English Muffin)
  • Walking Biscuits and Gravy
LUNCH
Serving 11 AM – 4 PM
  • Dirty White Mac  (Smoked White Mac-N-Cheese topped with Slow Smoked Pulled Pork and optional Jalapeños)
  • Down and Dirty Mac  (Smoked Cheddar Mac-N-Cheese topped with Slow Smoked Brisket, Long Haired Cowboy’s “Bama Slama” White Sauce and Crunchy Onions)
